January 25^th is the first Full Moon of the year hosted in Leo. Expect a few dramatic revelations and bold changes during this phase. Leo points to personal passions, talents, gifts, and attributes, things that bring you pleasure, enjoyment or attention, making you feel good, vital and alive – the things that make you feel like you’re really living, not merely getting by or existing. 

This period brings matters set into motion mid-August to a head.     

Leo is the sign symbolizing the Heart, Love and Passion, Fun, Entertainment, and Enjoyment, Creativity, Confidence and Courage. This Lunation could bring to light matters involving Children or the Inner Child. 

Jupiter in Taurus pressures this Full Moon, adding enormity to the situation making things more exaggerated, and sure to grab your attention – it may be hard to miss the spectacle of the elephant in the room. 

Jupiter’s connection to this Lunation stimulates growth and abundance while pushing you to build and develop some passion project that’s close to your Heart, a talent or skill, or a romantic situation, by taking things to the next level, stretching yourself beyond your comfort zone. 

Pluto is still closely connected to the Sun, sitting across the Sky in Aquarius. Pluto, escorted by the Sun, made an historic move into Aquarius just a few days ago – this is no everyday occurrence as Pluto is slow moving and hasn’t seen this slice of the Heaven’s in nearly 250 years and will be instrumental in shaping the next two decades. Pluto is very influential at this Full Moon bringing a period of deep and intense transformation on many levels. 

This phase is very revealing, it’s as if something has been brewing under the surface and is now bubbling up, simmering, boiling and splattering so that it must be dealt with or brought out into the open and released or liberated allowing for regeneration and renewal. In some ways, this is like shedding a skin and getting closer to the Core Essence Identity by acting in Full Authenticity - Unapologetically. There could be an aspect of your personality, or an ability, or something close to your heart that needs full expression. 

On another level, there’s immense pressure and stimulation with matters involving finances and economies, showing up as increased costs, expenses, income, earnings, inflated currencies, markets, savings, debt, wealth, worth, banks, lending and credit. 

Mercury and Mars are closely connected in Capricorn keeping your mind sharp and focused with your aims and eyes on the prize. On another level, you may reap the results or consequences of words or actions. Or you may be required to ‘walk your talk’ on some matter. Perhaps there are harsh words, direct communications, commands, authoritative actions, orders and directives or a need for addressing the rules of engagement in a situation. 

Both Mercury and Mars are connected to Uranus in Taurus, keeping you on your toes as there could be many twists and turns in the coming days -sudden changes of plans, or a change of pace, routes or direction. Events feel accelerated and situations seem uncertain, while at the same time, you’re able to move in the moment and not lose your footing. 

Uranus moves to Direct motion on the 27^th putting things on the fast track as all planets are now moving forward for the next several months. 

Venus in Capricorn is aligned with Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Taurus, showing long lasting love and committed relationships or wealth that grows and develops steadily and stands the test of time.
