The Gemini New Moon May 30^th is an opening for a new mindset and the start of a new story as you discover and learn by taking another look at a situation, seeing it in a new light. 

Mercury, the ruler of this lunation is retrograde -until June 2nd, while currently backtracking in Taurus enabling you to wrap your mind around some bit of news, information, correspondence or conversation, or perhaps you’re dusting off and brushing up plans and ideas that have been put on the shelf. 

Saturn, Neptune and Pluto all want to have their say with the Messenger Mercury during this phase. This period puts an emphasis on the thoughts you think and the words you speak, and the reality constructs you’ve built as a result. 

There may be something that you need to seriously reconsider now, particularly with finances, self-worth, friends, relationships and boundaries. Additionally, this brings up the formation of grassroots communities, social networks and communications platforms. Social restrictions may also make a comeback. 

Neptune’s influence on Mercury brings about imaginative and creative ideas, concepts and far off visions. It also gives a grasp of the subtle nuances in conversations, able to read between the lines, having a sense of the meaning of what’s not being said. Communication could be colored by feelings and images as well as words. Tune into how something you hear feels to you. 

Pluto in Capricorn assists in removing any barriers to communication, mental blocks or resistance to an idea while also giving a keen sense for getting right to the core of an issue or detecting any bullshit. 

During this phase, there’s a lot of news, information, comings and goings and a lot to catch up on. There’s this sense of “here we go again” and then plot twist! You may even catch up with an old friend you haven’t seen or heard from in a while. 

May 25^th, Mars enters his home turf, Aries, for the first time since late June 2020 while joining Jupiter on the 29^th, just one day before the New Moon. This combination gives a “go big or go home” feel, giving the guts to start something grand. This influence if full of energy and courage to branch out into new directions and the moxie to make moves, lead through unfamiliar territory and blaze new trails. 

On the other hand, this influence can be overloaded with strong opinions or a massive marketing or propaganda push. This is a combustible combination with hot tempers erupting, and a rise in fighting, violence and things set ablaze.   

This is a busy period, and your mindset will be the determining factor in how you experience it.
